Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Spain. At checkout you'll see whether we deliver to your country.
Shipping costs
Free shipping kicks in above a minimum that depends on your country:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: free from €30, otherwise €4,95.
- Germany, Austria: free from €35, otherwise €4,95.
- France, Italy, Spain: free from €75, otherwise €9,95.
You'll always see the exact amount for free shipping in your cart and at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery times
Order before 20:00 on a working day and we dispatch the same day.
- Netherlands & Belgium: usually the next working day. We can't always guarantee an exact delivery time.
- Germany & Austria: usually 2-3 working days.
- France, Italy, Spain and elsewhere: a bit longer, depending on the destination.
Ordered during a weekend or on a public holiday? Your parcel ships the next working day. Haven't received it after 5 working days? Just email us at support@naifcare.com.
Track your order
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll get a dispatch email with a tracking code, so you can follow your delivery the whole way. Tip: the first scan can take a few hours to show up. You can also track your order via orders.naifcare.com.
