How can I return my product?

If you ordered online, your order can no longer be cancelled (our amazing warehouse staff are faster than lightning and have probably already packed and shipped your package). Changed your mind? Then you can return within 30 days. Please note: we can only accept unopened products. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you have a complaint about one of our products after opening or use, please email support@naifcare.com first, then we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

If you purchased our products at one of our sales points, the return policy of that sales point applies.
